Step Up To Beat Cancer

Sign up to Cancer Research UK’s Walk All Over Cancer challenge and take 10,000 steps a day throughout March to raise vital funds to beat cancer.

Cancer Research UK is calling on people across the country – and here in the county of Kent – to step up and take part in its Walk All Over Cancer 10,000 step challenge.

Walk All Over Cancer is simple. Sign up, walk 10,000 steps a day throughout the month, and raise money to beat cancer. Alternatively, if you’re already a super stepper you can take on the ultimate challenge of 20,000 steps every day instead.

Whether walking, jogging, or taking the stairs, taking part in Walk All Over Cancer is a great way to kick-start a healthier lifestyle. Participants can take part on their own or challenge family, friends and work colleagues to join them.

Cancer Research UK’s vision is to bring forward the day when all cancers are cured – and all money raised through the challenge will fund groundbreaking research into more than 200 types of cancer.
