CooperBurnett Charity Cycle Challenge

Prior to setting off to cycle from London to Paris in just 24 hours, the five-member team from Tunbridge Wells-based law firm CooperBurnett joined guests at a reception at The Spa Hotel in the town to launch the fundraising initiative.

The gathering was an ideal opportunity to tell clients and the business community about the charity challenge and to thank a number of local organisations which lent the team much-appreciated support. The cycle challenge, which was made all the more difficult due to the unseasonably wet and windy weather, saw Victoria Sampson, Joseph Oates, John Spence, Katie Hilsdon and Gareth Warner successfully complete the 24-hour Sportive challenge and raise more than £15,000 for Brain Tumour Research.
